intelligence);
- CALL UP coaching (on the spot, as
needed);
- direct, honest feedback on
behaviors, skills;
- listening skills;
- creating an accountable
organization;
- building trust and respect.
Package prices: $500-750/month,
depending upon frequency and duration.

Leader/Manager Coaching (2-6
weeks) |
Tailored packages for individuals, senior managers or team leaders
include weekly coaching sessions of 60 minutes around issues
selected by client, e.g.
- getting along with that ‘difficult’
person;
- building internal cooperation;
- conflict resolution skills;
•identifying career paths for you and employees;
- developing career direction that
meets organization and individual goals;
- interviewing skills;
- message preparation and speaking
skills;
- coaching skills for leaders.
Package prices: $100-200/week, depending upon
frequency and duration.
